Overall project management & coordination, to replace joinery on 3rd level apartment with double-glazing incl. remediation & make good works.
TORBAY
Lift & remove the footpath to install stormwater drainage around the property. Install formwork and build a 2.5m x 15m concrete retaining wall to prevent soil erosion. Reinstate the footpath and 100sqm concrete slab.
St Lukes
Convert internal gutter to external gutter, installing Colorsteel gutters & barge boards. Lay additional drainage around the hosue to enable the installation of 2x more downpipes.
MOUNT ALBERT CBD
Undertake roof replacements 15x units across three stories. This includes managing the deliveries, setup and use of scaffolding and access equipment for the project.
ONEHUNGA
Covert a double-pitched roof to a single pitch, remove and replace decramastic roof tiles and Marley spouting with long-run iron and commercial box gutters.
MOUNT ALBERT
Undertake targeted remediation and replacement of exterior cladding to 65 units across three stories. This includes managing the setup and use of scaffolding and access equipment for the project.
