The division

A project-managed remedial contractor

We take on the building jobs with more than one trade and more than one risk, the work most contractors would rather hand back. Then we run it for you.

We price every trade, manage the execution, and hand back a signed-off building.

  • Gaps fall between trades
  • Compliance is your problem

Super Group Projects Managed

  • One point of responsibility
  • Every trade priced and coordinated
  • End-to-end delivery on one programme
  • We own the gaps
  • Compliance managed to sign-off

How we work

Two ways in, depending on the job

Most jobs come in one of two ways. Scroll each pathway and the steps reveal one by one, with the graphic moving in step.

Maintenance & Repairs

Pathway A · most common · fast · usually unconsented
01

Inspect & Diagnose

We walk the building and find the cause, not just the symptom, so the fix solves the actual problem.

02

Scope & Price

Every trade the repair needs is priced into one written scope. You approve a fixed programme before work starts.

03

Managed Repair

One crew sequence, one site, one supervisor. We run the trades and own the gaps between them.

04

Report & Sign-off

Photographed, recorded and tidy at handover. You get the close-out documentation, not a pile of invoices.

Book an inspection The front door for most work. A quick yes that turns into a quoted, managed repair.

Design & Consent Projects

Pathway B · larger · managed · tendered
01

Scope & Design

We define the remediation properly: investigation, design and a clear specification the build can be priced against.

02

Council Consent

Where the work is consented, we prepare, lodge and manage the building consent through to issue.

03

Trade Pricing & Procurement

We tender and procure every trade against the spec, so the programme is priced once and priced right.

04

Programme & Supervision

We run the site day to day: sequencing, supervision and quality checks at every hold point.

05

Compliance Close-out

Producer statements, code compliance and a full record set, handed back so the building is signed off.

Common questions

The things owners ask first

We price every trade up front in one scope, so you approve a fixed programme before work starts. If something hidden turns up once we open the building up, you hear about it and approve it before we proceed. No surprises at the end.
We sequence trades so the building stays usable wherever possible, and we agree access, noise and timing with you before we mobilise. For occupied complexes we stage the work and keep residents informed through your single point of contact.
Most maintenance and repair work (Pathway A) is unconsented and can start quickly. Larger remediation and reclad work (Pathway B) may need consent, which we scope, lodge and manage for you. We'll tell you which pathway your job sits in at the inspection.
We are. With one contract and one point of responsibility, the gaps between trades are ours to own, not yours to chase. Every crew works to the Super Group standard and is accountable through to sign-off.
Workmanship is warranted, and product warranties from the materials we install are passed through to you with the close-out documentation. For consented work you also receive the compliance records councils and future buyers look for.
